ORIGINAL: Ben D. dude do you not hate them idiots that walk in the middle of the road. Something like this happened inmy wrangler a ways back. wet roads came around a corner a guy standing right in the middle of the raod talking on a cell phone. at first I was like **** you verizon a hole. well swerved spun out full 360 luckilly didn't hit anything put her in 4wd got back on the road up the hill found his ass and we had a nice chat about standing in the road. dude that's terrible though and I know what you mean about cops being dicks. I try to respect them but for example last night driving down the road 45 mph speed limit is 45 and this cop car starts to pull out in front of me sees me and stops. so i'm like wheeww then he spins his tries pulling out and stayed within 6 inches of my bumper for about six miles. I'm going to go up to that police station today and have a nice chat with the chief about his underlings conduct on the roads. alot of that goes on, i had a cop pull me over for not stoping at a stop sign, both me and my girlfriend know i stoped, but it would have cost me more to fight the ticket (would have missed work 2 days for court) than it was worth

I went up and talked to the chief today and he had a real level head about it and said he'd talk to the two officers who were on duty. My problem with it is one what if I had to stop suddenly. this was on a rural road where deervscar accidents are frequent. well in that case there would be two cars in an accident and more than likely i'd be able to take care of myself if a deer hit me and wouldn't need police assistance. that means that he could be out helping people who are truly in need. but instead due to his own stupidity he gets in a car accident. that's the big issue with that. I had a guy in a truck behind me that had lightbar on it for a fire dept. he was up my ass for over 35 min. i'm talking bumper to bumper mebbe as little as inches at some times at max he was less than a car lenght. this was at 55 mph. The whole time i'm thnkin dude if your trying to get to ur dept to get to a call just put the lights on i'll pull over otherwise what's the hurry. we finally got to the fire station that I pass going home that way and I saw him pull in. I stopped turned around and had a chat with him. the guy was like in his late 30's and he was pretty much in shock to be told off by a 17 yr old. I was nice and just said hey man what's the hurry that you had to be up my ass the whole way here. he responded by telling me to f off and that he wasn't too close. well I got out of my jeep and got right in his face and told him if hes got a few choices. drop the attitude or i can call you chief and explain to him the situation here. In all onesty the guy prolly coulda kicked my ass i'm only 5ft 8 he was like 6ft 4 but that aint gonna stop me from telling the guy how it is. I don't get walked on period. he dropped his attiude once he realized i wasn't gonna back down and he apologized and pretty much begged me not to call his chief. I see the guy all the time at the station even saw him there at the annual festival he just sorta nodded when I walked buy. I think it's just gotta do with these guys have badges and lights and think they're cool or something. i definately respect fireman and police officers but IMO they are not above the law and not above being told when they are being asses.

Cops do stupid stuff some times. I was driving down a back round at night and i come over the top of a hill and there is a cop sitting half way in the road with no lights on. The speed limit was 45 and i saw him about 30ft to 40ft in front of me so hit the bracks and almost hit him. I was driving a 2005 accord with 4 wheel disk breaks(my moms car I can't remimber why I had it) if i was driving my car i would have hit him and it would have been my fault. I was 16 and the cop pulls me over said I was driving wrecklessly(spelling is wrong). I call the Judge you I know very well and tell him what happened well I got off the phone and when the cop came back with my id he appalagised and let me go. I always seem to have bad luck.

Nice stories guys. I think if the cop is driving with lights off it's their fault. But I must say Look at how many deaths due to Tasers. Because it makes people twitch and they think they are attacking them but end up killing them with the tazer.
