I've changed the pcm, distributor, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, fuel pump, tps, map sensor, idle air control valve, crank sensor, pcv valve, crankcase breather/filter, ignition coil and ignition switch.  My truck (97 dakota 3.9L) runs better than a caddy and all of a sudden it stalls while driving and shuts off.  Sometimes it starts right back up and sometimes it have to sit for a while and then it will start.  WHY IS THIS THING STILL STALLING OUT?  RANDOM STALLINGS

Almost sounds like I had on a old car that had a clogged fuel filter, I would be able to drive until the fuel was used up in the line then the car would stall out and die until enough fuel would trickel through the filter and I would be able to go again.

I had the same problem, replaced the speed ABS sensor and that did it.

check the coil, then crank sensor... 2 common problems for stalling while under power.
