New Owner - 9/28/2007 10:34:41 PM    BigPapaPump37   Posts: 4 Joined: 8/18/2007 Status: offline Just wanted to finally post something.  I'm a happy new owner of my first Hemi, hard to believe after being a Bow Tie man for years. I purchased an 07 R/T w/ the road and track package.  Did my first 2 mods, custom magnaflow exhaust and a K/N Typhoon CAI system. One question, I got the exhaust done first and noticed a huge delay in the response of the throttle when I got on it.  Did anyone else notice this?  I assumed it was due to the engine wanting to breath, so I changed the stock intake right away. (HAL adjusting).   I have yet to upgrade my exhuast so this is just an unproven theory on my part :)  Get some pics and post them up of your new family member :) (in reply to BigPapaPump37) Post #: 2

I went with the Typhoon system, like it a lot.  The only problem with it is that it doesn't fit really well into the air box heat shield.  I ended up buying a small piece of hose and put it around the opening.  Just had some issues with the system, it works great after a few small modifications.  Already emailed K&N about the problems.
