Default motor rebuild?

Hey all, I recently purchased a 1979 Trailduster with a 318, bored 40 over (so i was told), 360 heads, and a stock 2 barrel carb and intake mani. I installed a Holley 4 barrel 650cfm carb and Edelbrock dual plane manifold, tightened it up and it runs now. Need to work on timing, but when i added coolant, even before i cranked it over it started leaking out what appears to be the EGR bypass opening in the driver side head (pictured below) any ideas? I am tempted to just pull the motor and clean the whole thing out too, it had sat for 5 yrs before i bought it and drove it home.

Here are some pictures of the truck
