Default Sirius Radio

I dont understand Mopar accesory for the Sirius Satellite Radio, my Ram have the 6 CD changer stereo, I dont understand if I have to take it off, in order to install the Sirius system, or it goes on other mounting space. Also I dont know what the installation kit is, any help??

You can keep the current 6-disc.
The Sirius gets mounted under the drivers seat(Quad) or behind the seat (Reg).
You have to order the Sirius receiver and the mounting kit to get the harness that runs to the radio head unit.
