Was is everyone so down on the new truck? When its done up right I think its just as nice if not nicer than the second gen...Alot of those were butt ugly too it just depends on which model youre looking at...Ill be ordering a H.O 4x4 as soon as its available...

personally i like the design. but this group isnt the general public. they are the intellegent who knows history of mopar and stuff too. this group does not like the new chargers design. not becuase it is bad, but because it isnt true to the oringinal. but im sure the general public will love it, as do i. i would buy a dakota with a hemi in it and that styling in a heartbeat.

It always takes a bit for me to like a design ... I wasn't too thrilled about the '03 stylings on the Caravans, but it grew on me ...

I'm still trying to get used to my new '04 Dakota ...

I really have never been into the Dodge Dakota but I am know that since the 2005's have arrived I am definitley not into them. I think the design engineers were smoking something when the decided to come up with the new look. Ugly. 2 thumbs down.

They made it a little too chisseled looking or something. Hopefully they corrected some of the design flaws that the second generation suffered from.

I dont know and I dont care. The whole front looks like crap. i wouldnt buy one, thats for sure. I need a truck. Just cant decide what to get yet.

i think theyre gross. we have a bunch of them,...havent sold a single one.

My dad got a new dakota, and I like the styling way more than the older ones. It's much more defined and aggressive looking.
