Here's a picture of the PCV valve on a 5.7. Twist the top tab and pull to remove. Don't know if there are aftermarket replacements, just go w/OEM. It should last a good 35000+ miles. <edit> forgot to attach the pic Thumbnail Image

Yes, once you take the engine cover off that picture should look the same. In the engine compartment it's on the passenger rear side right between the intake and fuel rail.

Just pull up on it and it should pop off. There are four bolts that hold the fuel rails on which have studs comming up that the engine cover pops onto, see pic for their locations. I hope that clearer than mud Thumbnail Image

Alright, not good anymore. The current PCV valve will not turn and pull up out of the engine compartment. I also have been unable to find any PCV valve for a charger at NAPA, AAP and Autozone. Well, at least that is what the people at the stores say after they search for it in their "douche-bag database". I've also been told that 5.7L Hemis don't have PCV valves. Any advice?

I haven't shopped around for a PCV valve... yet. I recommend you go to a dealership and get one from their parts department, your probably not going to find an aftermarket part. I'll tinker w/mine this evening and will let you know how it goes.

I appreciate the help. I've twisted and pulled on it several times and it wont move. Now I'm no Tommy Tough Tits but I am 6' 215lbs. I know it should come out relatively easy but its kicking my a$$. Also, how would I know it needs to be changed by looking at it? Thanks.
