Default Problems with tranny sliping in reverse after sitting all night

Anyone had a problem if i let the d sit overnight or something when i put it in too reverse or drive it will slip for a bit but fine any other time i think it must be the torqe converter not having enough fluid in it the fluid level is right dn and how do you adjust the badns?
