is there a aftermarket y pipe for our v-8s? or a universal one that can be "fluffed up" to work?

Magnaflow makes Y pipes...http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/02xypipes.asp
I have been told that any decent shop should be able to make a y pipe as well...
