Default good heat at front vents, cool at rear vents

Hi, I have a 99 Durango slt 4x4 5.9L With winter coming up, the issue of heat in the rear is comming up again. My feet are melting from the heat up front, but unless the heat is on its highest setting, the air from the rear floor console is cool. Anyone had this experience, or can tell me how to correct it? I am not refering to the eatra rear AC on top, but the heat from the floor console.

welcome to the boards. are you running a 180 T-stat? 180 t-stat messes up your heating. maybe it's time to change out your t-stat with the oem and fluid
