I contacted Chassis Tech today and spoke with a few different Reps. and they told me that DO have a new lift for the 05-06 4x4 Dak! It comes with control arms, brake lines, new struts, ect.t..... spindals, the kit is $2,590 and is a 6 inch lift. I specifically asked if it WAS for the the 4x4 or the 4x2. they said they have a kit for each. how true this is i don't know, i will be visiting the chassis tech shop in like 6 months when i'm back from iraq to check out the kit and decide wether or not i'll buy it. There shops phone number is (480) 898-9719. There shop is located in AZ. if you guys waht to inquire for yourselves, post up any info you guys can get. i don't think it is for a 4wd, because the rep told me it comes with new spindals, i'm not a true tech but the lift kit i installed on my S10 2wd was lifted with chassis Tech spindals (spindal lift). I thought that only 2wd can be lifted spindals.... Maybe one of you Tech guys can anwser this.... i don't know... Thats all the info i got.... What do you guys think??

i am not fond of having a midsize truck lifted to the hilt. 6 might be ugly. but no one can tell until it is done.i kinds like the lowered sporty look. leave the lifts for the full size trucks.

Eh, I see no point in slamming a perfectly good truck. Several years ago in Miami I remember seeing big trucks like F-250s and Dodge 2500s duallys slammed down to the ground. I guess if all you are going to do is drive around then I reckon it doesn't matter. I bought the truck because I needed it to haul stuff... But I do agree that a full 6" may be a little much for these trucks, 3-4"s would be nice though.....but as superdak05 said, we won't know until someone does it...

i like sport trucks too but i not 4x4, i don't think i will be doing the 6inch lift any time soon i think it would be too hard to get car seats in and out of the truck! and for almost 3 grand before tires and rims, thats a little steep for me right now. the body lift and the level kit and new shocks! will be my choice for now alot easier on the Ol' wallet. and not too high for now...

I'm actually thinkin for my plans down the road my current height with the TM kit is pretty good. Gotta get some nice 20's on there, goin for a subtle street look that will still look good with the OEM wheels and 32" all terrains for the winter months (pretty much half the year around here)

up is the only way to go. that being said, 6" is a lot. I'd love to run 33s and push 300 hp.
