Default 2005 caravan Power locks problem

I have a 2005 Caravan and the power locks have seemed to go out. Its not the keyless entry cause they won't work from the switch on the door. I believe its the fuse but the only panel I have found is under the hood. There seems that there is no power lock fuse under there. Its not labeled on the top of the fuse panel. I don't have a manual cause the dealership said they lost it, since it was used. Is there another fuse panel inside the van where it would be? Or is it located with some other fuse under the hood?

Has anyone gotten it fixed yet? I called my dealership Fri. , and they said it will be two weeks before they can even look at it? I told them about the patch, but they said they have no idea what that is. They said it would be 100 to reprogram it though.

[]My locks just went out on my 2005 also, is it an epidemic like the 2k bug in 2k7? Anyone get them fixed yet? I am sending mine this week.

Gentlemen,
I decide to google the fix..TSB 08-040-04, to learn more about it. It took me to another forum www.*********.com. There I read to disconnect the battery for 5 minutes. Mine had been disconnected for at least 20 so I could check the fuses. I simply plugged the battery back in and used my remote to lock the doors. Problem solved. Disconnect your batteries for 5 minutes letting the computer reset and plug it back in. And as they say down under...no worries.
Happy Cruisin,

I fixed the problem by unplugging the battery for an hour, but it keeps happening. I guess I need to get the computer upgrade. Anyone no if it costs and if so how much? I should have called a dealer today.
