Well ok, new as of Saturday.  I had some trouble getting the pics off my camera but now they're here for you to see.  I had everything behind the Y-pipe removed and new custom bent piping installed with a Vortex muffler and a Hooker Headers dual tip.  Everything is 2.5" ID and the tips are either 3" or 3.5" at the outside end, I forget which.

It's not too loud at idle and cruise, very deep rumble to it.  When you jump on it you definitely know it's there, sounds real aggressive.

Some shots from under the truck:

The stock muffler and both stock resonators sitting in the bed of the truck (think the muffler's big enough?  lol):

All told this cost me a little under $150, and the muffler is guaranteed for life, if it ever rusts out or starts rattling I take it back to the muffler shop and he'll replace it for free.  (Gotta love local businesses )

Not yet, want to take one but haven't had the time + another person to play cameraman for me yet.  Hopefully sometime before next week.  If I do make it I'll make sure there's some drive by's and stuff, not just revving in the driveway

It looks great, wish i could hear it. saving for my exhaust.  i can't make up my mind where i want the exhaust to come out the side like your or where it is stock or dual out the back... what do you thing would be best for goin off roading? i take my dak hunting and go through some nasty stuff.. i think if i do duals i may crush them 4x4ing. or by draging the back end.  i like your set up. is it too loud in the cab? i have a baby girl and one on the way  and don't want it to be too loud to where they cant sleep.

you could have everything welded into 2-3 pieces and bolt the system on with dumps, that way when you plan a 4x4 trip, you can just undo some brackets and be off....i almost considered buying electronic controlled dumps but figured i wouldnt use it enough, if at all....now, if it was my hawk for example (which def is not gettin modded, but if i had another) i would put electronic controlled dumps no doubt

It can definitely be loud in the cab when you're in the throttle, leaving one resonator in would keep it a lot quieter, I took everything out.

Oh, something funny that happened this morning.  I was screwing around looking for a spot in the parking garage, revved it up a few times and the car alarm goes off on some pimped out suv next to me

dump is like a small y pipe....one of the duel outlets is open, one is closed....you can have it run through your muffler and the rest of your exhaust, or flip the switch and that opening closes and the other opens, which leads to nothing...just comes straight out the headers...very loud

I like the way it looks, but for some reason, it looks as if it's missing something, like ground effects.

I just called a local shop and they quoted me $400-$500 for a SI/SO and $500-$600 for a SI/DO
All mandrel bent and stainless including tips.

Hell, for that I can just order a cat-back and hook it all up myself....

Mine's not mandrel-bent but honestly it's almost straight except for one bend, I decided mandrel wasn't worth it.

you can have it hooked up to your stock exhaust if you want...i believe you can buy the wireing and the small y pipe for like 100-120 bucks, or the dumps w/o the wireing kit for 60...
