Hey guys...I have a 98 Dakota, 3.9L Automatic Standard Cab....the engine blew and the tranny is going...i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for getting the most amount of money out of the truck now. I was thinking about donating and gettin the tax write off but i meant the body is in good condition, and i have a decent amount of accessories I put on. Maybe I should just try to sell the system, grille, and tires??? I could really use some help in figuring out how I can get the most money for this thing now. Thanks!

I'd say sell what you can and sell the body to a slavage yard... they pay better than a scrap yard but both will not give you what you want for it...

Dont donate it! Hell if you wanna donate it, donate it my way! You could very easily dor a swap to the truck! I had a 97 3.9 and i loved that truck! If you plan on saling it someone will put it up, even without a motor and tranny

put a new motor and tranny, it's easy! it will take about 2 days by yourself

I have no idea how much i would sell it for if someone wanted it....any suggestion?
