Need Advice - 6/3/2007 5:06:04 PM    jram99   Posts: 104 Joined: 8/29/2006 Status: offline Hello everyone, I'm a regular on the Dodge 2nd Gen truck forum, but have been looking at purchasing a new Nitro for my boys to use while they are in college.  Reading through the post so far have me worried though.   I've owned Dodge vehicles since I was in high school and have experienced some problems with different ones in the past but there seems to be a bunch of problems with the Nitro.   Would really appreciate some advice and opinions on if we should make this purchase at this time or give the Nitro a little more time on the market to work out some problems.  We went to test drive one yesterday and a peice of insulation fell out from under the dash while driving it.  My boys and I really like these but we really can't afford to have a vehicle that's going to spend a lot of time in the shop.  The boys drive about a 60 mile round trip to and from school.  Thanks for any help or opinion.  Jeff. _____________________________ 99 QC Sport 2WD 5.9L w/Shaker Hood Fastman 52mm TB 3" Spindle lift Custom Interior True Dual Exhaust Billet Grill & Bumper Inserts Projector Headlights 18" Chrome Wheels 1 Ton Wheel Cylinders Post #: 1
