I have a 2000 quad cab 4wd, what is the best upgrades for the 4.7 ltr? I think the base power is ok but I would like to get a little more power from it. </P>

well air intake and exhaust should make you real happy. on the lift side can't help you there, I like mine a little lower than factory. But Rancho is a big name, probably a big price too.
