what gives everyone I go to turn on my windshield washer never had to do it till now it only works when i want fluid out of it when i pull it back. But when i turn the dial the wipers wont moev whats the deal with that?

yep to the dealer it is then ahhwell atleast im covered and i got another problem i noticed i think my wheels are offbalance or unbalanced
