Do you guys have a slight front end bounce at highway speeds, feels and acts like a set of bad shocks.  Is this normal or is this the body roll I've read about?

body roll only happens when turning sharply at speed.  What you are describing sounds more like shocks.  A more detailed description would help.

My initial thought is wore out shocks because it acts exactly like that.  This bounce makes the car a bit unstable at higher speeds when hitting a gradual bump like a bridge expansion joint especially in a corner.  Instead of the car absorbing the bump it behaves like a set of bad shocks with a bounce or two or three long after the bump.  I bought the car with about 5k miles on it as a demo it now has 9000 miles on it.  If I didn't know better I'd say I got a set of bad shocks but it has done this since I bought the car.  I can't imagine a shock problem with this few miles on the car for all I know this is just the way the car behaves, thus the question.  Any help or thoughts would be great.

This issue sounds very familiar.  Check out the sticky in the main Charger section see link below...   74scamp has similar things happening.

Yep.  I did.  I finally put new springs on and it is better.  The stock, R/T, suspension just sucks.  The spring rate is wrong, and the damping rate on the struts and shocks is all wrong.  Don't know what DCX did, but maybe the new "owners" will fix the suspension.  Mine is much better, but now the springs tend to over power the damping. I'm looking at getting new struts and shocks in November - December.

I think we are all on the same page here, I'd go along with improper damping or just plain week shocks.  Would you say the stock springs are just not tight enough, that is my initial thought they should be tighter/firmer.  I hate to spend the cash and the effort to replace the springs on a new car.  Somebody out there in aftermarket parts must have a stronger shock with better damping, that would be the easier cheaper fix I would think, but maybe it doesn't exist or that idea just won't work.

The imortant thing to me is that it's not my imagination and not just my car and I am not alone.  I'll search out the shock theory as a cheap fix and see what happens.  Just got my NOESP in the mail today, superchips tuner is also on the way, hopefully I can keep her on the road with the bounce.  Thanks for the input!

I had that same effect before also, more so on small jittery bumps though. Lowering tire pressure helped some, but now since I changed my entire susp. system to stainless fully adjustable Eibach dual spring coilovers front and rear/swaybars/camber adjust arms/bushings, it drives like an AMG mercedes now. Shocking ride comfort/firmness with a nice low stance.
If you want a look www.miamicharger.com tell me what you think.
