Default Flapping Noise from front driver side wheel well

Our 05 SRT magnum has had a flapping noise in the front driver side wheel well. I also seem to remember that there was a TSB issued for this. Can anyone help me out?

Check for missing fasteners would be the first place I would check. The plastic inner could be flapping back and forth.

It is the plastic wheel well, Accoridng to my dealership it is a "design feature" Ok now that you have pissed yourself laughing..

It does appear to be missing loose fasteners in the wheel well....

Hi

I spent ages tracking this sound in my car when I first got it. It only made the sound as I hit 65mph or a strong side wind on the left. Fixed the problem with some hot glue to hold the plastic wheel well guard more firmly in place. It was the front left side. I noticed the right rear is now making the same sound.. out with the hot glue this weekend.
