At the Viper Owner Invitational in Dallas, Texas yesterday, a new Dodge Viper Coupe based off of the SRT-10 was shown. The coupe is a production concept of what will more than likely show up for the 2006 model year. The coupe also shows many styling cues from the original Dodge Viper GTS Coupe (Second Generation of Viper). Here are some good pictures of it, enjoy.
sweet, definatly like the coupe better than the convetable, hope those are the rims they are going with on it, they look so much better than the rims they have on the convertable imo.

One thing I liked about the Viper is that it gave the styling cue for my Avenger. I have always wanted something like the Viper in an affordable package. Too bad the Avenger never had any performance versions like SRT4 or SRT6!
The most affordable package we have had close the Viper, was the Mitsu-based Dodge Stealth Twin-Turbo R/T AWD. But Dodge, does need a car similar to the Razor, to take on the 2006 Pontiac Solstice, Mazda Miata, and Toyota MR2!
I agree with you 100% about the older GTS, I love it more than all. The new Viper coupes wheels and tires look like crappy welfare toys, the wheels look hideous and cheap and with the tire size that it has it leaves huge gaps between the wheels and the wheel wells. It makes it look like Urkle with his floods, the car looks like it's up in the air on those tiny little wheels/tires.[:'(][:'(][:'(]
