Good luck on that, I don't think anyone makes anything for that truck. Might have to come up with something yourself.

Well I have seen a handful of these D50's out here in the desert. Your on a torsion bar front end, you can crank on them and gain quite a bit of additional lift, also Sway-A-Way makes torsions for your application, I believe that you can index these just like a Toyota, get the ride you want with the additional lift.
Good luck to you

Have 86 D50 2.0L, Got a header for it, Weber makes a carb conversion kit. Rebuilt the engine for 400.00 and eliminated the balance shafts. Big expense is the oil pump, rebuild kit has wrong pump. Only D50 specific truck pump will work and a dealer item at 250.00. last time I checked there are only 30 of these nationwide! Ultimatecustoms.ca makes v8 swap kits for the d50.

Saw a guy at the sand dunes years ago that had put a D50 body on a Chevy Blazer frame with a 350 small block and 38" Super Swampers. Was a badass little truck. He built it in 3 days from parts he had laying around his farm.
