Holy 5hit!
Man, i love this car....for the money, you get alot of options.  My avenger is the SXT, Silver, 2.4L (yea I know weak engine), with leather, Mygig, sunroof and sport package.  This thing drives like a dream, so much better than the car it's replacing 97 Plymouth neon (POS).  Even though this has the smaller engine, it sure likes to goooooo.... Stomp the gas and say bye bye... The only thing is the seats feel a little hard to me, but I am getting used to them.  My wife fell in love with the car.  We originally were going to get a Charger, test drove both....the Avenger is so much better for the price... For $22395, the avenger was loaded... the Charger was $25987 and had nothing crappy radio, no sunroof and was way more unresponsive to driver controls..... Well I love..
thanx,
Revenger08

Congrats!
Yeah my seats were somewhat hard to start with as well.  After about 1500 miles and the sun softening they came around nicely.

Do u have cloth or leather?
I test drove one in cloth & thought it was very hard.
I remember when I had my 05 300C it was hard to.

I odered my R/T AWD with leather & hoping little softer?

Hi, I got mine last Sat. and I also think the seat is hard. It seams like the lumbar support doesn't go back all the way. I dont like were the gear display is off to the right either. Just a few bitches otherwise a real nice car, I have gotten a lot of coments and all have been good!

my seats are leather, but are still a little hard....I'm hoping time and weather will soften them....I love my mini-charger!

So I'm not the only one who thought the seats were a little hard on the rump.

They're starting to come around though.  I've had mine for over a month now...I got the 2.7 SXT with Flexfuel.

I've had so many people looking at the car while I'm driving and while I'm parked asking me what it is.  Guess they didn't see the AVENGER on the back.

All 2.7 engines are flexfuel.  Only europe gets any differant powertrains.  Thats the 2.0 diesel.

SHAP is right.

Either a)  Your dealer didn't know or b)  He lied to get the deal done.

Which I HAVE seen before.  My wife got a Caliber from Dayton Dodge in Jersey.  She bought the car after the sales rep told her it would be there in a week and it was already on its way to the dealership.  This was when they were JUST released to the public.

4 months later we finally got the Caliber.  The Sales Rep BS'd her to buy the car.  His excuses for the delay:

Call #1:  It should be here in a week, it's on its way.
Call #2:  It's on the train, it takes a while to get here.
Call #3:  It's actually at the manufacturer...and should be shipped shortly.
Call #4:  It HASN'T BEEN BUILT YET!!!
Call #5:  It's built and it's on its way.
Call #6:  Should be another week.
Call #7:  Your car has arrived.
