Just look at the service manual.... page like 280 or something. I think if you bought the brake parts for the front, and put them on the rear... I think it'd work.
Don't quote me, maybe not. The front's are a 2-piston caliper. I spent the better part of two hours yesterday reading the service manual to see if this would be possible.
The two b***est problems with that off the top of my head is that you wouldn't have anywhere to mount the caliper bracket and you wouldn't be able to hook the e-brake up. If you have to go through inspections (which I don't) your e-brake has to work for it to pass. Plus the braking force on the rear would be too much and you would run the risk of locking them up.This would set of the ABS system and yourbraking performance would suffer big time.
lol! Well it does sound like a good idea. I was just thinking it through and named a few of the b***er snags I could think of. If you could get around those it would work great!
