Not a problem. There isn't alot out there for them, but there are at least some things for them.

K&N is the way to go, if you go with dual, make sure you get a cross over pipe to even out the gas pulses. (It'll help make better hp) There are two ways to do it, cut it at the collector and run two pipes back and two mufflers, or take the old muffler out and get a flowmaster with dual outletts like for a newer Camaro and run two pipes off that. V6 2.7-3.5L use 2.5"-2.75" for best torque and hp.
