Default shifting problems

hello does anywon have shifting problems with there 03 quad cab if so what is the fix also any oil leaks i have an 03 hemi with 4000 mi this thing shifts real poorly it dosent kick down when trying to pass and when coming to a stop it seems to shift into a higher geer also leeks fluid has anywon had these type of problems<IMG src=smileys/smiley19.gif border="0">

I HAVE A 03 HEMI QUAD CAB, IVE NOTICED A SLIPPING IN THE TRANNY AS WELL, BUT NOT THE KICKING INTO LOWER OR HIGHER GEARS. I LOOKED AT MY TRANNY AND DID A TEST, ALL CHECKED OUT GOOD. YOU REALLY SHOULD TAKE IT IN TO GET LOOKED AT THE DEALER.

I haven't had any problems with mine and I have about 4k on it.Like Hemi03 said, take it to the dealer!

i have experianced the same problem, you punch it and it wont downshift. but as long as it doesnt slip or leak that is ok

You're not pushing the pedal down far enough! Most stock
automatic transmissions are programmed to stay in the highest gear
possible according to the current operating environment. You
really need to stomp on the pedal to get it to kick down.
