Default Which shocks should I get?

I need to replace the shock absorbers on my 98, and I'm not sure as to which shocks I should get. I'm not wanting to spend a bunch of money though. I'm leaning towards the KYB Monomax, or Monroe Monromatics. Anyone have a set of either of these shocks on their D? IF so, what do you think about them?

Default RE: Which shocks should I get?

I just installed 4 Explorer Pro Comp ES9000's on my 98 4X4 and they ride awesome. Price was somewhere near $175.00 with shipping included. The ride is great and the price was very reasonable.

Default RE: Which shocks should I get?

I found them online at www.4wheelparts.com. Their prices are very reasonable on some items and some they are higher than others. They were the cheapest on this particular setup. I believe that they have a sale going on right now on four shock packages including steering stabilizersin the deal. Hope this helps.
