Default '01 - 4WD Dead!!!

Had our first real snow the other day and went to slip my Dakota in 4wd and got nothing.
I have the electronic transfer case and there are no lights on the dial indicator and absolutely nothing happens when I try to engage it. I downloaded the manual form this site (Awesome! Thanks!) andit sure
looks like my TCCM (transfer case control module) is dead.Does anybody have any way to verify this is
my problem without going to the dealer? Any ideas where I might get one? (other than the dealer)
I am pretty proficient with electronics.

Have not fixed it yet, but pretty darn sure it is the TCCM, which runs around $430. Winters almost
over here, so I'm in no big hurry, may try to find one in a local boneyard.

Fixed! I picked up a used TCCM on EBAY for $63, all is well, works perfect. Not much fun putting in
though, tough spot to access.
