Bought my '05 used from Lasher Dodge here in Sacramento in Jun of '05 for a wedding gift for my wife, and have had it alighned three time, yet the say it is to msnf. speck... The dealership told me they all pull a bit to the right for safety issues...  But when we test drove an '06 it was fine.  Any body else had issues????  Please post so I can take my findings to the dealership...  I am also thinking that it may have beenin some kind of accident, and not devolged when I bought it... All the paperwork from the dealership said the car checked out fine...   What do you think????

Have an 06 RT which pulls to the left!  I've learned this is an issue and apparently due to the Dodge boys just not getting the caster/camber specs right.  I am to take mine to a non-dealer specialist Friday and will report back.  This guy will basically use the factory numbers (2nd TSB issued, by the way) as a beginning and adjust it so it drives right even if outside the spec.  It's apparently a Mercedes design and is adjusted by shifting a 'cradle' forward/aft as needed.  Frankly I don't believe the dealers have the courage to fool with it if it checks out as being within tolerance.  But 'in tolerance' could be well outside of good tracking traits if it happens to be at adverse limits.
I'll repost with results of this next visit.  I'm really hoping he nails it, as everthing else about this car I really like.

I BOUGHT '05 MAGNUM SXT FROM DEALER  IN  '06.  WITHIN  3-4  MONTHS  THE  CAR  WAS  PULLING  RIGHT. WENT TO DEALERSHIP ASKED FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT I WAS TOLD, HOW DO  YOU  KNOW  YOU  NEED  ONE?  UPON  MY  LAST  VISIT  TO  DEALERSHIP  SERVICE  4/08  I  WAS  TOLD  TIE RODS  NEEDED  TO  BE  CHANGED. SEEMS MOST MAGNUMS,CHARGERS  AND  300'S  ALL  HAVING  SAME  TIE  ROD  TROUBLE.  JUST  HAD  THEM  REPLACED  AND  WHEEL  ALIGNMENT.  DRIVES  AND  HANDLES  ALOT  BETTER.  BUT.....  THE  CAR  AND  STEERING  WHEEL  STILL  SLIGHTLY  PULLS  RIGHT.  ON  EDMUNDS.COM  THERE  ARE  MANY  REVIEWS  AND  COMPLAINTS  ABOUT  THE  SAME  PROBLEMS  WE  ARE  HAVING  WITH  THESE  MAGNUMS.
