Default 2002 Durango electrical problems

Any help with this one would be appreciated!

2002 4WD Durango with 4.7 engine. The car has a wopping 26K on it.

[&o]Fuse in slot #10 (10 amp fuse to PCM, fuel pump and ignition) randomly blows out. My mechanic replaced the ignition switch - problem recurred. The PCM was replaced, again the problem recurred. I went to the dealer who said the PCM was the problem and replaced the PCM my mechanic had replaced less than two months ago.

OEM parts were used - the PCM is the latest revision of the Durango PCM, both times around.

The very next day the Engine Control Malfunction (check engine?) light came on. The dealer said the PCM he had just put in was ok but the transmission solenoid was bad. he's replacing that today.
