Default Wheres the fusible link?

On an 88 Dakota V6,2d automatic where's the fusible link for the RED constant 12volt wire that goes to the ASD-(automatic shutdown) relay terminal 30? I've repared a break in the Blue-Yellow wire that goes from terminal 85 of the ASD to the computer but truck will only run while I have a jumper wire from +(positive) post of battery to backside of terminal 30. I don't get any voltage reading at terminal 30 without the jumper wire. I also don't get any continuity reading between terminal 30 and the + battery cable, while cable is off battery. Can that fusible link be repared, replaced or bypassed? Thanks for any help.

Default RE: Wheres the fusible link?

fuseable links are hard to find if you dont know wireing that good. they kinda look like this -----=====----- it should be heat shrinked. it should be somewhere on the drivers side inner fender.

but you can either buy a fuseable link, or replace it with a fuse.
