Is it common for the kdws to be more noisy after they've been rotated? I bought my 05 ACR with 10,000 miles on it and replaced the front two tires immediately (left side had a large bubble on the side wall so I bought both fronts). I assume the backs are originals -- both have plenty of tread left and aren't cupping or worn abnormally. The car now has 16,000 miles and I figured it's time to rotate them; fronts to the back and vice versa (no crisscrossing). Problem is now they all seem to be noisy as hell  I don't feel any change in handling, etc. but the noise level is tremendous. Any ideas?

I never noticed how noisy they were until I bought Falken 452s (225/45/16.)  Night and day diff.  yes the KDWs are noisy when they get down in tread a little.
