Default 2002 Durango electrical problem?

Here's my plight:

2002 durango w/4.7L engine, 26000 miles on it.

Car runs normally and then randomly (days/weeks apart) it won't start.

No crank at all - everything else electrical still works - windows, radio, lights, fan, everything.

10amp fuse in slot #10 blows out at the same time. Fuse appears to go to PCM, Fuel pump, sensor key immob, and maybe ignition. Most times I replace the fuse and nothing happens, it just lets again. Occaisonally I've replaced the fuse and its started again, although that was after pushing ti about 20 yards so maybe something got jostled inside the wiring?

If I tow it in to the shop, it starts again after they replace the fuse - no error codes.
