wiper issues - 1/15/2007 8:54:51 PM    Hope B   Posts: 1 Joined: 1/15/2007 Status: offline My 96 Intrepid is having a wiper problem. When you click the wiper to go on, the motor sounds like it is trying to move the arms but the arms will not move. This started after an ice storm, is it possible they are frozen? Any ideas what I should do? Post #: 1
