I paid $500 for a 93 extended cab 3.9L 2wd auto with 240,000 miles, paint delamination, fogged headlights, cracked taillights, a funky leak onto the passenger side floor (anybody else have this?), rubber mats, A/C that works (at least until April), no cover for the relays under the hood, falling down headliner, etc. HEY, don't hate me, it's a Lowe'sDepot beater ;)

I bought my '93 extended cab, 3.9 V6, 43,000 miles, automatic, bed liner, for $10,500 in 1997. Sounds like way too much, but back then trucks were more like gold than they are now. Trucks have definitely come down in price, and better deals can be found. It was the best deal I could find then, and I have been very happy with it. It also has Ziebart rust protection, body is in great shape because of that, no rust. Still runs great, everything works except the odomoter, which broke at 120,000 miles. I think I have put about 30,000 more miles on it, and am trying to find a replacement odometer for it. These are great trucks, and now I am thinking about getting a new or newer one, but this time 4x4, V8...

I gave $4500 for mine about 3 years ago. 95 4-gear automatic, 318, 4WD, 4 wheel disc which has to be something added later, standard 6ft box with bedliner, original Infinity stereo system which still worked and sounded OK but has since been changed out. Cruise, power windows, locks, full gauge set, 21 or 22 gallon tank, AC which works great at highway speeds but not so good at idle or driving in the city. Some rusting around the bottom of the doors and body where they meet, and a little under the rear wheel wells...All this at 130k when i got it...now heading towards 200k in about another couple months or so and I have not had to replace any major component other than the battery which killed off in november. Whoever had this truck babied it and kept it running great. It sure doesn't drive like it has almost 200k on it. Great truck all the way around.

I got a 93 reg cab manual windows, a/c heat work, new paint (old paint was faded) 3.9 magnum 155 k payed $4,600. Bye the way just bought this truck last week and was going to tampa when the treads blew out on my back passenger tire and scratched up the new paint pretty bad, then when i was parked in tampa I had another vehicle hit the passenger side of the bed left a nice dent, so the body is needing a little bit of touch up work but as far as the engine running it runs great, topped it out at 115, damn govenors

I payed about $5,000 from a Dealership just over 2 years ago. I almost have the loan payed off and it is doing the usual trick of acting up now that it is almost mine. Otherwise it has been a model truck... one of the best vehicles I have ever had. it is a '96. Bought it with 100,000 miles on it. Now it has 123,400. It is 2WD, Ext. cab, V8.

I paid 500 bucks for mine, 94 5.2L, single cab short box, with 230 000km's, with completely new exhaust and cat. Good shape other than a bit of rust on passenger side. Which shall be fixed this upcoming summer.
