IM LOOKING TO HOOK MY ENGINE UP CUZ IM INTERESTED IN SPEED NOT LOOKS AND IM HERE TO GET IDEAS AND ADVICE FROM SOME OF THE SKILLED MINDS OUT THERE THAT THIS FORUM PROVIDES. I DONT HAVE A LOTTA MONEY AND I WANT TO GET THE BEST BANG FOR MY BUCK. GO EASY ON ME I MIGHT ASK SOME DUMB QUESTIONS AND SOME REALLY GOOD QUESTIONS BECAUSE THE TRUTH IS I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO ASK!!!!! I DRIVE A 2004 DODGE NEON RT AND I LOVE IT!!!!! THIS IS WHAT IVE DONE TO IT SO FAR. NOTHING BIG BUT I THINK IM ON THE RIGHT PATH AND DONT BE AFRAID TO SAY HEY YOUR DOING THE WRONG THING....... DO THIS... I LOVE CRITISIZM CUZ THATS THE WAY I LEARN. IVE PUT IN A JET PERFORMANCE CHIP(I DONT FEEL ANY DIFFERENCE), MAGNAFLOW EXHAUST FROM FRONT TO BACK, K&N COLD AIR INTAKE, AND I PUT IN BOSCH+4 PLATINUM SPARK PLUG(YEAH YEAH I KNOW BAD IDEA I ALREADY READ ABOUT THAT IM GOING TO SWITCH IT UP ASAP TO THE NGKs).  IM SICK AND TIRED OF THESE NEON HATERS AND I WANT TO SHUT THEM UP BY SHOWING THEM WHAT THE NEON CAN DO. ALL MY BOYS TEASE ME ABOUT DRIVING A B***H CAR AND IM SICK OF IT. KEEP ME INFORMED AND LET ME CLOSE WITH A WORD UP YO(IM FROM JERSEY REMEMBER?) LOL!!! (in reply to 03neonRT) Post #: 211

Im 18 yrs old and live in Canton, Ohio.   I don't currently have the money to mod out my neon just yet but i would love to get a bigger exhaust and put on and a CAI.  I think this is probably the best forum i have ever came across.  Lets keep it like that. Current mods are a K&N air filter custom intake and 19 inch rims.  I will usually browse this forum looking for tips and advice on mods for the Neon. I was introduced to this forum by a friend of mine and have been a frequent visitor ever since. I am aming to purchase in the future a Pacesetter long tube header, Magnecore wires, AEM Short Ram intake, Eibach Sportline springs and an MSD ignition coil pack. RE: Hey Everyone - 4/2/2008 11:59:16 PM    superdan Posts: 72 Joined: 4/2/2008 Status: offline hello everyone, my name is Dan...I am 18 turning 19 in 3 months and some change...lol I just bought a 03 black sxt with a mtx...I have wanted one ever since i got my license...My grandpap and i have worked on cars ever since i could remember...He actually heard about this car from his friend that works at a small car lot...the guy went to an action and got this car but when they got it they found out the previous owner took out the power steering, a/c, and air box...but its all getting put back on once i get to the junk yard...Anyways got it for 4k...cant beat that deal...will get up some pics when i actually get the car in my driveway...well i look forward to taking part in this forum... Originally from Cleveland, OH, but I've lived in the Atlanta, GA area for over 20 years. I currently have a bone stock 2005 SXT auto. I'd love to make some modifications to her, but I'm not planning on making a screamer out of her(not yet, anyway - just want to make my drive a little more fun! ). I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but this will be my first foray into performance mods, so it's good to see that there's a supportive and informative community out there. I live in Ohio, I drive a 2000 Plymouth Neon. I'm 31 and I own my own house and I love to detail cars. I have a fieance we've been together going 6 yrs. We don't have any kids, but we have 5 dogs and a cat. This site has really inspired me to customize my Neon. My car is all stock except for the radio and two 12's taking up my trunk, which I installed myself. I gotta have bass!
