How to remove dash/console/radio on Nitro? - 12/30/2006 10:34:57 AM    ksignorini   Posts: 3 Joined: 12/15/2006 Status: offline I am installing a Serius Sat radio (plug-n-play on top of the dash type) in my Nitro and want to run my cables through the dash. I can't figure out, however, how to get the dash apart. I would love to see what is behing my stock radio, as well. How do I take apart the dash/console on the Nitro!? Kent! Post #: 1

Usually theres a panel that can be removed. That starts it with the screws in there. Also try looking in the windsheild air vents. And also underneath the dash and in the glove-box. Those are normal places for screws on a Dodge/plymouth vehicle (in reply to ksignorini) Post #: 2

Then take bezal from top & pull out (held by clips ) disc. elec. wires from heater controls , fan, etc. four screws hold radio in place remove & pull radio. takes less than ten min. to do . good luck on your mod. _____________________________ We have done so much, with so little for so long.
