next step in performance? - 12/28/2006 1:04:49 PM    saenz30   Posts: 1 Joined: 12/28/2006 Status: offline im new to this and new to doin performance to my car really.i have a  '07 charger r/t with a K&N cold air intake,a magna flow exhaust and a jet tuning chip.i wanna know whats the next step i should take in my performance any suggestions would help,list several and what they do and if you know how much hp gain Post #: 1

RE: next step in performance? - 12/30/2006 1:17:22 PM    MangoInTX Pat & Amandas Wedding Fund Contributor Posts: 2676 Joined: 4/10/2006 Status: offline I wouldn't recommend changing plugs on a new 07, not until you get 20K+ on the OEMs. I haven't seen much of the 07s but I assume their like the 06s in the respect that there are no wires. The coilpacks on the valve covers are hard wired, see attached picture. You can't go wrong w/a 180 T-stat but don't look for a bump in HP. The T-Stat will help keep heat soak out. I’m good with that. The point I tried to make was those are not traditional wires that you would upgrade. (in reply to srteatr) Post #: 6
