Default 06 Charger-What will it look like??

Ok Ok, so I've been monitoring message boards for a while and have decided to take an active role by registering to a comprehensive one. I've heard so much conjecture and rumor as to what the Charger will look like. At one time I was seeing a sketch by a 58Hawk depicting a very ugly looking concept. Shark-nose, long and straight hoodline with a bulge over the rear wheels. The post was pretty confident that this indeed most-resembled what the vehicle would look like. I can't find the post anymore and dont know if it was even on this site. Does anyone have a better idea as of yet?? How do you incporate a shark nose into the aerodynamic template NASCAR uses?? Let's start a thread with only the most pertinent information and developments with this very important topic.

Are you sure you have seen pictures Dodge_Devil_99? Because no pictures have been seen on the net. We have only done photoshops, to what we think it will look like. Make sure not to get the 2006 Dodge Charger confused w/ the 1999 Dodge Charger R/T Concept car. Check my website for some info on the 2006 Dodge Charger... http://www.redriderbob.homestead.com/info.html

If the charger shows up with a shark-nose, similar to the next mustang...how does the car match up with next year's NASCAR template?

Hi !

I'm new here, but I've been reading alot about the new 2006 Charger. It's suprising that there are no spy phots. I'm already seeing photos of other vehicles.

How is DCX keeping it so well hidden ??

One possible answer to your question, polish don, is that the new charger, based on the LX platform could be out there in the form of test mules but possibly wearing different bodyparts and masquerading in the form of a chrysler 300 for example, which will also be getting the SRT treatment the Charger will have. Whatever they've done to keep it out of spy shots, well...they should frickin' stop! [:@]

True !

However, they still need to test it in the real world for Cooling, etc. You know, here's a terrible thought..... Badge Engineered .....

The Charger MIGHT be nothing more then a trim, grill, etc. change of the 300C ... (I.e The Cloud Cars)

Think about it, the Magnum's taillight are similar to the 300 already. And theywill sell a 300 version of the Magnum in Europe. Just slap a Magnum Grill and tweak the rear of the 300 to make a Charger.

Hey Redriderbob.....

I found your posting on:
http://forums.pickuptruck.com/showfl...98&Main=363963
Regarding the SRT-8 Chrysler 300C and just below it was this picture which is a obvious Dodge product and it's not the Magnum , since it's grill is body color. What is this a picture of ? The Magnum SRT-8 ?

That's the front of the next Dodge Dakota. It differs from the Durango, which is good news, in that it has sharper angles on the body.
