colored bumpers and grill trim

can anyone tell me where I can purchase body color matching bumpers and grill trim. The chrome is driving me nutz!!
I am a new Dodge owner, 04 Dakota 4 door 4WD.

Maybe nuts is too strong a word, but I do prefer the clean look of matching color throughout the entire body of the truck. I prefer to save the chrome for the engine.

There should be a color code on the inside of the doors, or in the glove box. Your owner's manual will be a good place to start as well. Unfortunatley, to get the paint in the quantity you need, I believe a dealer will be the only place you can get it. You might want to check on that though.

I figured as much, having to deal with the dealership. Shouldnt there be some aftermarket places to purchase a new set of bumpers and grill trim. I know it would probably be more (especially with shipping to Alaska) but the dealers up here have something to be desired.. hate to deal with them!

you should look in some junkyards for a dakota thats been rearended.

you could probly work something out with them if you give them your chrome stuff for the painted stuff.

or find someone with the same colour truck and see if they will swap bumpers and grills

There is anebay vendor that has all the parts you want for a decent price. Just make sure you get the work done at a decent body shop that can fit the grill and bumper up nice.
