Zetsche: No New Brands?:
Recent reports that Chrysler would create an all-new youth brand were taken entirely out of context, Chrysler CEO Dieter Zetsche asserted in an exclusive interview with TheCarConnection.com. Yes, he acknowledged, the automaker "did investigate" the possibilities of coming up with a competitor for the likes of Toyota 's Scion brand. But Zetsche stressed that "We do not see the need to add another brand," and that the matter is, at this point, dead and buried.
