Default SRT-10 Guage Pod for 2003 2500 Cummins

Ok, so I am looking to buy my boyfriend a present for his birthday which is quickly approaching. I know that he has been looking into the supposed conversion of his A-pillar into a guage-holding pillar from an SRT-10. Supposedly the OEM part fits just right in his 2003 2500 Diesel. Does anyone know anything about this fit? Where are they available?

Thanks!

that panel from dodge, that exact one for the SRT10,will run you about 45 bucks, without the gauge. i know some other companies make them in a 3 pod setup because a friend of mine had his in his 2000 long before the SRT came about.

Ok, how many pods is the OEM part out of the SRT10? Do you know a part number? Anywhere online to get it or is the dealer my best bet?

I know he wants the SRT10 part....must be something about it being OEM and an exact color match.

Thanks. [&:]

well, im pretty sure the SRT10 interior only comes in one option, because when i checked for it, it didnt ask for a color code. the MPN is ZL39TL2AA. a dealer can get it for the above listed price, but id be amazed if you find someoen that stocks it. i could get it a day or so,but you probably dont live near me..

Ok, thank you so much! I guess the part number is the most important thing. And, as far as I know, the pillars in all the newer dodges are always that grey color. Thanks!

most dealers should be able to get the pods next day (except sunday), and i think it is a single pod setup

Glad you didn't try to argue....Cause I'm a bitch to argue with!!

One more thing....Gauges.....I know Diesel Dynamic can probably help me out with the guages, but you seem knowledgeable too. What would you recommend to fill this pod? Something that might match the stock gauges.

Also....he has mentioned to me several times some gauge that measures more than one thing all on one gauge....like mutiple needles going different directions....any clue??

I am a Jeep girl.....Don't know crap about these Dodges.

i am not a diesel guy, the gauges in my RT each only measure one item. check with autometer, they have about every gauge you could possibly want.
