Default Sebring Blower Motor Resistor Location

Have a '99 Sebring JXI and need to replace the blower motor resistor(A/C Fan only works on high setting). Does anyone know where this part is located and how to get to it?

the part number is 04885844AA, and list price is $16.70. unfonrtunately,my schematic of the location of the resistor is very poor.

If I'm not mistaken, it's up under the cowl, where the windshield wipers are at.

Maybe I'm wrong then. I know on the Neon and the Intrepid, they are in the cowl area. They produce a bunch of heat, so you really wouldn't want one inside.

I just looked at the ram manual, and that one is actually inside the cab at the bottom of the HVAC unit. From what badstratrt said, it sounds like the resistor is located in a similar location.
