Anyone know when a replacement body style for the Durango is due out?

The 2004 styling is awful, at best. The profile resembles that of any mini-van on the street (probably due to the short, sloped hood?). And what were they thinking with the tail lights? $800 for a Hemi and only one badge, that's marketing with no direction.

The rest of the vehicle looks like it might have a difficult time getting from right field to center field on a baseball diamond without getting bogged down by the high grass.

I'm assuming DC has lost significant talent from its design team (Bob somebody or another?). I also have to wonder about the composition of any focus groups who might have provided input on the 2004 style. Surely they didn't include any of us 1998-2003 owners.

Absolutely love the technical improvements of the 2004 but the styling is way beyond anything I could live with, ever. Well maybe not ever, think there will be $20K rebates to move this box?

I really hope the change happens REAL soon.... like in less than a year. lolDodge needs to make it wider and maybe box'ier (possibly)

to compete against the Suburban and Expedition. The
Durango looks like it’s on it’s way out. They have some
new SUVs coming out like the Chrysler Pacifica and
looking like it’s based on the same platform, the Dodge
Hemi. The way it looks to me is that the new Durango is
the introduction to the Dod
