All I can say is, Ill never do it again the dealer will do it or someone else can.Hats off to you guys that did it in your driveways on stands.Passenger side no room at all on the top bolts at all,we took 2 1/2 hours on one bolt getiing it in and tightend. Then after we got that in it was time for the STAGE8,well I guess no one there ever tried to put them on a CHARGER. We got non on the pass.side top because we couldnt get our hands n arms in there.(We had to do everything from the bottom on the PASSENGER SIDE)We also had to take the whole exhaust system off to get it all on,but its all jacked up now.(Rubbing the gas tank, tips are uneven, got a leak around the collector) To add more trouble my buddie screwed in the O2 without the anti foulers in the mids.Werealized it gor one out no problem, but the other we srtipped it gettin it out. This the took another hour to get a tap in there to get the mid re-tapped, now the O2 only has about 2 good threads hangin in there. (I have to go get another one)I got them cat less so no CELS so far is a good thing.Needlees to say this whole ordeal took us about 10 1/2 hrs 5 more then we planned. My friend has done lots off cars n trucks,he said he has done harder and easier, but never one that didnt have any room like this one.( He said as I was leaving at 3 am,if anyone ask me to help with a charger again he will tell them take it else where.I SAYS HELL YEA THAT SUCKED.

Yes, it can be a trying experience but you made it. What a deal! Now let us know what you think of the performance.

C121A, C2114 and U0125 are probably caused from the battery disconnect. Step through the ESP/SAS reset procedure: After prolonged battery disconnect the Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) needs to be calibrated. The SAS requires calibration anytime the battery or an ABS (ESP) component has been disconnected for any length of time. Steps to calibrate: -Start the engine. -Center the steering wheel. -Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left until the internal stop in the steering gear is met, then turn the wheel all the way to the right until the opposite internal stop in the steering gear is met. -Center the steering wheel. -Stop the engine. P2098 and P0420 are exhaust related. P2098 may be due to the leak. the P0420 is the common one seen with headers. Code Details... P2098 - Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Low Limit. Set by a lean condition. P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1). Drivers side #2 O2 sensor C121A - Steering Angle Sendor Not Initialized. Caused from battery disconnect, turn steering wheel lock to lock to initialize. C2114 - Dynamics Sensor Supply Voltage Low. ESP cut-off switch. U0125 - Lost Communication w/Dynamis Sendor. ESP cut-off switch.

Ok thanks Mango, but where do I find the procedure for the ESP recal.? Do yo uthink if I put the high flows on the P2098 will go away? I still have a leak. I can hear it when the car is under a load,bt not idleing,or revving any Ideas?

Sorry my bad, didn't mean to imply there's a ESP recal. The ESP evidently takes SAS information into consideration when it's doing it's thing. Just step through the SAS reset. P2098 is probably due to the exhaust leak.
