Default transmission problems?

Looking for help. Do I have a tranny problem? I have an intercooled turbo daytona pacifica, driving on the road there is a humming noise that gets worse as you load or turn to the left. The wheel bearing was bad and I replaced it along with the entire hub assembly it was that bad. I still had the noise. I installed another drive shaft and center or carrier bearing and still get the noise. This shaft is a two piece, I do have a shaft from a Labaron that is the same length and one piece without the carrier bearing would it fit? I then replaced the input shaft bearing on the tranny even though it looked ok and still have the noise. It is a 5 speed manual transmission. What else is prone to the loading If I steer to the right it quiets down. Anybody see this before?
