Default turbo question

i just got a 05 srt 4 today and i was wondering if these turbos are direct bolts on and what other mods i would need to run this safely

uhh....the only part of that I understand is " I got a 05 srt 4 today".... what turbo are you talkin about ? .... and what is "this" setup ?

im sorry the link didnt post i was looking at some presicion turbo kits i want like a sc50 or 61 what else would i need to run this set up safely i have around 3500$

turbo, manifold, wga, mbc/ebc, injectors, pump, dtec/emanage, return line, wideband. at the minimum. 3500 is probably not gonna do it.

i heard from somebody that stage 2 and 3 are hard to use because you can't pass emissions? i dont know so yeah.

you can certainly pass emissions with s2 or 3, you just need the tranny sim from n2mb. i've passed the last two times on s3 with no issue.
