Default driver air is cold pass air is hot

when we set the driver air in my wifes durango to hot it will blow cold air but pass air is good
in summer driver air is not as cold and sometimes too warm but pass air and rear air all work normal would
it be the control panel or something else also fan only works on high but i know the fix for it now
