Default Hypertech tuning messing with

I just installed a Volumizer made be Hypertech in me 2003 Ram diesel. It got 3 steps. Stock, + 60hp and + 100 hp. The power increased allright, but I can`t feel any difference between the steps. And the engine is jumping a bit up and down at steady engine speed. This is mounted by the dealer, so I`m going to give them hell. But I would like to get in touch with someone that got some experience or knowledge about this product and other power products.

Can anyone help me.........

Havn't had much problems with Hypertech, check the dealer, that isn't supposed to happen.
