Default 95 Dakota 2wd Lift Options

I've got a 95 2wd and I'm wondering what are my options as far as lifting my truck 2 or 3 inches. I'm considering a body lift but I'm want to know the best way to lift the front suspension. I've got shackles for the rear. Thanks.

They make a spacer you can put under the front coil springs. They also make a longer spring, or you could go the aftermarket control arm route. For the back, a flip kit would get you off the ground another 3 or 4 inches. A set of shackles would prolly be more feasable for your 2-3inches. Of course you are gonna need longer shocks to make this all work.

A pair of spacers is what I'm looking for. Is the diameter of the coil the same between a 2wd and 4wd? I've found a lot of kits for the 4wd models but none for the 2wd. Why lift a 2wd? So the truck can clear larger tires.

The size of the springs I couldnt help ya with. What size tires are you looking to run? I have 235-75-15's on there now. I had a set of 30 inch tires (which arent much bigger) on it before also. They didnt rub at all. Even all the way at full lock. I wouldnt go much bigger though since they were only 3/4"-1/2" from rubbing on the inner fenders. I do alot of driving on dirt roads around here and some of them have descent ruts in them. Thats why I run a bigger tire and snow chains in the winter. I get around without much problem. There are times I would like 4wd, maybe someday.

the 4X4s don't use a coil spring they use torsion bars. only the 2wd have the front coil springs.

I've got 30x9.50s in the rear right now and 235, 70 R15 I believe in the front. I would like to run 31s all the way around. So far I've got 3" shackles and 4 longer shocks. Right now I'm just trying to figure out what to do about the front. Where can I get coil spacers at?
