Default hard starting 93 intrepid ES

157,000 just started having hard starting when starting for the first time in the morning. Need to get the oil pan gasket replaced it's leaking oil level is fine, battery posts look fine, alternator is putting out 14 volts. Putting charger on the battery charge is fine. Could low oil pressure cause this or the transmission?

No likley. Have you thought to bring the car to Auto Zone, ect? They can check the starter and load test the battery without removing them from the car. This service is free and takes the guess work out of it. If it is the original battery, it may just be old and weak or your starter may be pulling too many amps.

PS there are other auto part stores that provide services like this if there's no Auto Zone near by. Just call them and ask.
